5. ABSTRACT AND PAPER SUBMISSION
We use EasyChair service from Cool Press Ltd. in abstract and paper submission outside of this Site. However, we will retrieve some of your information from EasyChair for some purposes related to IConVET services. EasyChair has Terms of Services accessible at https://easychair.org/account/terms_view.cgi.
6. REGISTRATION FEE AND NON-REFUNDABLE POLICY
Registration is not complete until full payment has been received. The terms of the registratoin fee require full payment to be made within registration period. No refund will be offered for cancellations or no-shows at the conference.
7. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
You agree that IConVET may send electronic mails to you for the purpose of advising you of changes or additions to this Site, about any of IConVET's services, or for such other purpose(s) as we deem appropriate.
8. PRIVACY POLICY
Your information is safe with us. IConVET understands that privacy concerns are extremely important to our customers. You can rest assured that any information you submit to us will not be misused, abused or sold to any other parties. We only use your personal information to complete your order.
