ICONVET 2021 - VIRTUAL CONFERENCE FORMAT

        Indonesian governments have issued restrictions on travel, gatherings, and meetings in an effort to limit and slow the spread of the corona virus (COVID-19). IConVET 2021 will be held in the Virtual/Online mode.

Virtual Conference Procedure


  • The conference will be conducted virtually using Zoom Conference Platform
  • Participants are expected to wear neat clothing during the conference.
  • Participants must have joined in the Zoom conference 30 minutes before the conference begins. Participants will be admitted by the host before entering into a Zoom conference.
  • The link of online conference will be sent through your email one day before the event is held.
  • Participants must use full name which is the name that has been registered. The participants then will be asked to rename again at the time of parallel session (Room No – Full Name).
  • For parallel session, participants must prepare a pre-recorded presentation video in case there is a problem with the online presentation. The requirements of the video presentation can be found below.
  • All moderator, speakers and participant will be expected to use the Virtual Background of the conference during general sessions. Virtual Background and instructions for use are available here
  • The participants will be “muted” for voice hearing during the presentations but will be able to provide questions via the “chat” mechanism on the online meeting software.
  • Do not close your session or logout during the conference, you may leave any time in between but your re-login may not be connected as it may interrupt the system. You can log-out after the event finishes.
  • You may not ask personal questions or non-subject related questions during the event.
  • Participants must be fill out a feedback form implementation of the Webinar will be distributed through the column of chat (either through the app Zoom, Live Streaming) at the time of the conference
  • E-Certificate will be given to participants at the most 7 days after the conference held.

Pre-Recorded Video Presentation

IConVET 2021 participants must create a video presentation of the paper and send its link to the organizer. The requirements of the video presentation are follows:

  • Must use the provided slide ppt template. You can download ppt template here.
  • The maximum duration is 10 minutes.
  • Display the slide and the face of the presenter, who is one of the authors of the paper.
  • Start with a short introduction of the presenter.
  • Video must have sufficiently good resolution.
  • Uploaded on the respective YouTube channel. Format of titles and descriptions:
    • Title: paper number - IConVET 2021 - presenter
    • Video description: paper title and paper abstract
  • The presentation video link is sent no later than November 25th, 2021.
