Biography:

Professor Dato’ Dr. Norazah Mohd. Nordin (BSc. (Math), Florida State Univ., USA, MSc. (Math), Cal State Univ., USA, PhD (Information Sc.), UKM, Dip. Ed. (UTM). Dr Norazah Nordin is a Professor in ICT in Education and the Dean of the Faculty of Education, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. Her research areas include Massive Online Open Courses (MOOC), Mobile Learning, ICT in Lifelong Learning, and Instructional Design in Online Learning and Futuristic Learning. Her current projects are the development of MOOCs, Learning Design in the 4th Industrial Revolution, the 4IR Cross-Creative Learning Innovation for Autism and Learning Spaces. She is an active member of the Asia-Europe Meeting (ASEM) Lifelong Learning Hub, representing Malaysia for Research Network 1, ICT Culture. Presently, she is an Editorial Board Member of The Internet and Higher Education, an Elsevier Journal, a Q1 in the Web of Science.

Biography:

Professor of Health Informatics, Graduate School of Biomedical and Health Sciences, Hiroshima University. His research interests are mathematical modeling and data analyses of infectious disease spread and other health related phenomena such as mass screening and health care systems. He is a graduate of Kyoto University and, after finishing the graduate school of science, worked at the department of public health, Hiroshima University School of Medicine, for ten years. He then moved to the Institute of Health Sciences and has been professor since 1996. PhD and DSc. Recently he wrote a couple of chapters in Handbook of Statistics: Disease Modelling and Public Health.

Dr. Seung Won Yoon is a professor of Higher Education & Learning Technologies at Texas A&M University-Commerce, where he works as the doctoral program coordinator. His research focuses on improving employees’ and organizational performance through the alignment among leadership, learning/knowledge sharing, and technologies applying network and data science. He serves as an associate editor for the Human Resource Development Quarterly, a leading journal in workplace learning and performance. Dr. Yoon presents and provides consultation frequently for organizational network analyses and people analytics.

Biography:

Dr Lucas Walsh is Professor of Education Policy & Practice, Youth Studies, and Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Education at Monash University. He has worked in corporate, government and not-for-profit sectors, including the International Baccalaureate and the Foundation for Young Australians, and advised local and commonwealth governments. His research explores the questions: what does the world beyond school look like for young people and what types of education and training do they need to navigate it? His research focuses on:

1. The political, economic, cultural, social and technological dimensions of young people's transitions to post-school life and the implications for educators, other service providers and policy makers.
2. How evidence can be used more effectively to improve the life-outcomes of young people.
3. Teacher professional learning in relation to the areas above.

He is co-chief investigator on The Q Project to improve the use of research evidence in schools."

Prof. Dr. Frieda Mangunsong Siahaan, M.Ed. is a Lecturer at Faculty of Psychology of University of Indonesia since 1980, as senior staff in the Department of Educational Psychology. Well-known for her consistent concern for the education of children with special needs which is shown by being involved as a consultant in many school's educational program and institutions; doing research, program development, and evaluation on inclusive education; women empowerment and well-being with involving children, youth and families. are always her ministries and concerns.In August 2014, as a head of Program Study in Psychology, received The UI-2014 best Achievement Award; in 2016 got an award for the best Prestigious Lecturer from Faculty of Psychology UI, in 2018 as the most favorite lecture in Professional Program, in 2019 received from Faculty Psychology UI an outstanding award as a lecturer in Community Engagement field, and start from June 2020 representing UI as member of National Reviewer for Lecturer Academic Accreditation of Director of Higher Education, Ministry of Education & Culture.

Biography:

Dr. Andrian Liem, originally from Indonesia, earned his doctorate from the School of Psychology, the University of Queensland, Australia, in 2019 and currently is a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Global and Community Mental Health Research Group, Department of Psychology, University of Macau. Andrian has extensive research experience in clinical-health-cultural psychology and integrative medicine using mixed-methods design (combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods). He was awarded a Graduate Student Achievement Award by International Association of Applied Psychology in 2018 for his extraordinary track record. Andrian’s research interests are also including community psychology, migrants and refugees, gender and sexuality, drug abuse, HIV-AIDS, and interfaith dialogue.

Dr. Abu Yazid Abu Bakar RMN (Rtd.) is a senior lecturer at Faculty of Education, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. He holds doctoral and masters degrees in Counseling and Guidance from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, a bachelor degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, USA, and a postgraduate certificate in gifted education from the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia. His areas of research include career counseling, counseling and guidance for gifted/special needs students, and psychological testing.
