WELCOME to ICTES 2026

IN COLLABORATION WITH

ICTES 2026 is a biennial international conference organized by the Faculty of Education, Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha, dedicated to advancing scholarly discourse and technological innovation in the field of educational science. The conference serves as a scientific forum for academics, researchers, practitioners, and stakeholders to share research findings, exchange ideas, and disseminate best practices related to technology-driven systems and contemporary developments in education.

Conducted as a fully online (virtual) conference, ICTES 2026 provides a global platform that enables broad international participation and collaboration. The conference aims to bring together scholars, students, and professionals from diverse backgrounds and countries to engage in critical discussions on theoretical and applied issues surrounding intelligent technologies, quantitative and computational assessment systems, inclusion and diversity, and human-centered innovation within learning and training environments.

Guidelines for Single Paper Presentation

This year, the conference welcomes papers that explore but are not limited to the topics of "Reimagining Learning in the Era of Intelligent Technologies". Proposals for single paper presentation must include the following information:

  1. Title: A succinct title that describes the main topic of research
  2. Abstract (up to 250 words)
  3. Author Information
  4. Presenter (First author): Name, Affiliation, Email address
  5. Corresponding author: Name, Affiliation, Email address

Jurnal target published

Submission Information

All submitted manuscripts must present original and unpublished work. Papers will undergo a peer-review process based on technical quality, originality, relevance, and contribution to technological and computational advancements. Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings in accordance with AIP publication standards.

Payment should be made via bank transfer (virtual account). Once the committee confirms the acceptance of your abstract submission, an invoice will be sent to the email address used during registration from the official ICTES email account.

  • Additional costs for publication (selected papers only*) to be confirmed.
  • The additional fees above must be paid by the author once the paper has been deemed in accordance with the Publishing Guide.
  • We will send a notification email to the author for payment requests after conference day.
