[IMPORTANT]
To submit an manuscript, authors must create an account
first. Then they can submit their manuscript by logging in to their account. The
whole submission process is done fully online (NOT by email) to guarantee
smooth administration. Letter of Acceptance (LoA) and Letter of Invitation (LoI)
can be downloaded directly from your account once your manuscript is accepted to
be presented at the conference.
Submission Guide for Authors
To guarantee smooth administration, the whole submission process is done fully online and NOT by email. Here is the procedure:
- Create new account on target journal for publication that is in accordance with the topic manuscript (top menu Register)
- Check your email and activate your account
- Login to your account (top menu Login)
- Submit your manuscript (as many titles as you want)
- Wait until the committee announce the manuscript review result
- After announcement of manuscript acceptance, make the payment and upload the payment proof through our online system (NOT email)
- Wait for the final announcement for publication
